Definitely, it is pretty ironic that the Nazi's symbols were taken mostly from Roman symbols and have sense been only seen of Nazi origin.
Sometimes all it takes is a little research to find the truth.

They're still seen in places in the Far East, where they aren't so connected with the Nazis, and where the the WWII Japanese fill the role of history's greatest villians that the Nazis fill in the rest of the world.
