The Who won the Super Bowl
Well I like the Who better than football..but the halftime show was a huge disappointment
Amazing game!!!!
I think I was suffering through depression until the opening of the 3rd quarter, after that it was fantastic football until Manning threw that pick. I think my head hit the ceiling when they got that onside kick, gutsy move.
Either way, this was awesome

That was one of the better commercials.
Out of all of the commerical two made me actually laugh
1) when the first line of the Danica commercial was "Ohh, your so tight"
2) was the book club/soft ball team Bulight commercial when he said "I love book club, Id like to hear you read some words"
The Polamalu ad was pretty bad, but I 'd like to add the question .. If he see's his shodow does that mean 6 more wweeks of knee injuries ?
Neither of those ads made me laugh.
Almost all of the Dorrito one's did
Congrats Saints and New Orleans.
Pretty solid game overall, though not the best I've seen.
The Who were atrocious. Just atrocious. I'm sorry, but if Roger Daltrey can't hit those notes anymore (and he sure as Hell hasn't any time I've seen them appear anywhere recently), there isn't a point in continuing. End it, guys...you're done.
If I had to see one more Bud Light ad, I was gonna puke.
still better than having to listen to some crap by lady gaga or an entire 1/2 time of say carrie underwood...
I gotta say this about her... WOW what a voice... she wasnt TERRIBLE at the National Anthem... stretched it a little in the beginning but not TOO much showboating. That outfit tho... omg... HORRIBLE lol. But MAN that woman can sing... she has some serious pipes...
If only she sang music I liked... ah well... O can oggle at her boobies at least lol
Well, here's (as Paul Harvey used to say) is the REST... of the story:
I would call ********, but he had written a 6 page article on it. I think that even as cynical as I am toward these kind of issues, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.Quote:
MAY 7--After a four-month investigation, London police today cleared Pete Townshend of kiddie porn charges. But the rock star will still spend five years on a U.K. register of sex offenders because the co-founder of The Who visited a web site containing child porn images. Townshend was nabbed in January on suspicion of possessing indecent images of children, though no such photos were found following a search of his home and computer. At the time of his arrest, Townshend admitted using his credit card to visit a web site offering child porn, but told cops he was just conducting research. Along with being placed on the sex offender registry, the performer had to submit a DNA sample to police and have his fingerprints and mug shot taken. As part of his "research project," Townshend drafted the below six-page treatise on the easy availability of child pornography on the Internet. So easy, in fact, that Townshend, 57, wrote that he accidentally discovered a photo of a two-year-old boy being raped when he typed the words "Russia," "orphanages," and "boys" into a search engine. Townshend claimed that he reached for his telephone and "intended to call the police and take them through the process I had stumbled upon--and bring the pornographers involved to [jail]," but that he decided not to contact authorities after discussing the issue with an attorney. Townshend's paper, which he once posted on his official web site, also notes that the "pathway to 'free' paedophilic imagery is--as it were--laid out like a free line of cocaine at a decadent cocktail party: only the strong willed or terminally uncurious can resist." In the January 2002 porn treatise, Townshend notes that since 1997 he has been working on "some kind of document" relating to Internet porn, but that he feared being arrested by police who were on a "witch hunt" to catch anyone who visited illicit web pages: "Those vigilantes who research these pathways open themselves up to internet 'snoops.'"
The way Daltrey sings now maybe they should have used their original tracks. :)
Im not going to rain too much on it, I thought it was bad, but I would take bad singing from the Who over a great performance (if there is such a thing) over the likes of Taylor Swift and Lady Manface anyday.
Amusing afterthoughts....

I think it was because we would all know more obvious if they played music from years ago that it was synchronized swimming.
I am not saying it was wrong to do that I mean come on...
People do it all the time and it still wasn't a treble on the radio.
Definitely weren't lip syncing
