I think his **** has a better chance of that than Gary Matthews Jr. does.

This is not a "buy low" opportunity. A "buy low" opportunity would be like the Yankees acquiring Nick Swisher last year. This is a "buy a shitty player opportunity when you have better in-house options and better players could be freely acquired on similar or cheaper deals."

I don't like this deal too much.

It's not encouraging that the Angels were willing to pay 21 million dollars to get the Junior Sarge to leave their team.
