I was able to customize the whole scoring system in Yahoo's fantasy football setup, so I'd imagine they allow the same for baseball.

Re: Has anyone begun to rated the top MLB players at each position
For a points league, you can customize the point values for the stats that Yahoo has available.

Just curious, why are you listing those stats when these are (presumably) fantasy rankings?

Is there a way to look at their system? I didn't find anything but "the season is over" type stuff.

Until the fantasy season starts, I don't think so. The system for points based leagues is simple though. You pick what stats (of those they have available) you want to use, and then assign your own point values to each stat. Team with the most points wins.

Thanks. Yeah, what stats are available is the important part and how many of them you can use. It would be easy to assign LW values. I wonder if they allow negative weights.
I guess the other question is would anyone be interested?

All of the standard counting stats are available and more includign a bunch of useless ones (Grand Slams, basic fielding stats, Perfect Games). And yes you can make a stat have a negative value.

I don't remember. I know strikeout is, not sure about out.
