Tribune writers cast their ballots
I thought you guys would enjoy this, with all the HOF talk going on. Only Alomar and Dawson received over %75 of the Tribune vote. Mcgwire got no votes. Their seemed to be alot of Homerism in the voting(which was to be expected). Dawson, Harold Baines, Lee Smith recieved multiple votes. Their was also alot of emphasis on GG, silver sluggers, all stars, ROY & SB(except in Raines' case) I had to laugh about the guy justifying Dawsons pick by the fact that he batted .418 against Phil Niekro and homered 4 times off of Steve Carlton. And who says the writers don't know anything about stats:p
Re: Tribune writers cast their ballots
A Cardinal and alleged steroid user got no votes from Chicago writers?
SHOCKING! haha
