Way to jinx it Clay.
Torn ACL and MCL
Well he still did have the 2nd most receptions in season history behind Herman Moore.
If he can recover in time before 2010 starts, which I doubt, maybe he can keep it going. Playoff wise, this absolutely kills us. Not only that, Baltimore was pretty pissed after we played them earlier this year because of poor officiating, they are going to come in focused. ****.
no way ACL/MCL tears are a 10-12 month recovery time.. he won't be thinming about playing till the very end of next year, even then its another year of playing time till the player can even think about being back to where they were before.
Welker is out for the 2010 season, and not back to 100% till well past halfway through the 2011 season, even then he may never be the same. Relying of lateral quickness and quick slashing moves a knee injury could well irrevocably change his career.
Man..Clay...don't ever make a thread about the Mariners' players please.
Thats the first thing I thought of when replying lol.
2 games over the course of 3 seasons isn't exactly a pattern either. I don't see a blatant NE bias when I watch NE games. I've seen some poorly officiated games, but I see those all the time.
It's more than two games. Tuck rule anyone...I think the majority of fans know it, at least the ones I talk to know it. I know this isn't first time Rage or anyone else on here has heard of it, either. Of course it has always existed in sports weather it be Jordan being able to push off or Michael Irvin, or Brady. So maybe you could say that NE or even more specifically Brady has earned the benefit of the doubt. Whatever it is the refs in the past (especially in the 16-0 season) have favored NE.
