I'm a Knick fan but since living in DC the last 10 years I have followed the Wizards. Yes I'm a Met and Nats fan too.......life sucks

The Celtics are reportedly interesting in aquiring Nate Robinson and have made a trade offer. Interesting move. I don't like Robinson in terms of his attitude and I am not sure if he can help the Celtics, but his basketball ability is definately pretty good and can't hurt in terms the overall talent the Celtics will have. I am not sure how he will be able to handle being a backup though. We will see.

He'd be a great backup PG.

Haha! Jokes!
I'd rather stick with Eddie House; they're basically the same player, except Eddie's more of a shooter than Nate

Yeah I didn't really understand it in the first place, but from what I am hearing now, the deal for Robinson fell through.

Oh that's just wrong Greg. Oh man hahaha.
Nuggets, Mavs, Cavs, and Lakers only teams to 30 wins so far

I think Shannon Brown is going to win the Slam Dunk competition, but then I'm a Laker fan so I'm somewhat biased.
I also can't believe that Kaman, Monta Ellis, and Josh Smith didn't make the all-star team. I thought for sure Kaman would because of the way the All Star team rule is written where it has to have 2 "centers."

Kaman is a favorite to win the most improved player this year. 20 and 10 guy this season. I fully support him over Gasol.

He should get some votes for MVP. He shouldn't win...but he should get votes fo sho.
Re: ~ *!*!* OFFICIAL*2009-2010*NBA*Thread *!*!* ~
Forgot about Billups.
on a separate note,
How the hell did Tracy McGrady and Allen Iverson both get an insane amount of votes? Kevin Garnett too for that matter.

you mean fan votes weren't accurate representations of player performance? stop the presses!

I agree it's bad way to choose the All- stars but I don't really understand the backlash at Iverson personally. People say he shouldn't play and such. It's not his fault he got voted in. If I was him I would play as well. He had a great quote about it. Basically saying he doesn't care what a couple of talking heads say when he obviously has millions of fans.
