Yeah, not exactly a stellar day for the Buffalo offense.
To not even catch a single ball though...wow.

Brees went bye bye against the Bills :(

Re: Fantasy Football Reminder
Going to be pissed off if I lose to Jaker. :( Especially since he started a Browns RB who did better than Chris Freaking Johnson...
-
Re: Fantasy Football Reminder
Because Orton suddenly got lucky and threw two TDs (one that looked like it went through the corner's stomach, and another because the Dallas D sucks at tackling), in which turn outperformed Drew Effing Brees, I, President, am going to lose to DarthJaker.
Unless Ward+Grant combine for 150 points. Let's go team!

Re: Fantasy Football Reminder
2-2 after this week and should be 3-1. cutler's starting to get shiite together, and maybe just maybe i can make something of this mess of a squad.
BTW, Randy Moss is being dangled in a trade for a RB.
-
Re: Fantasy Football Reminder
i sucked this week. Forgot to set my team for byes. Oh well 2-2
-
Re: Fantasy Football Reminder

Re: Fantasy Football Reminder
whoever I played forgot to set his lineup.
good job.
Darren Sharper wins it for the Fresh anyway. 3-1
-
Re: Fantasy Football Reminder
It's a league I set up before the season on Yahoo.
I realized yesterday that half my damn defense was on a Bye week. :D
Oh, and who knew the Giants version of Steve Smith would be the MVP of my team so far? Kicking some Brandstater ass so far, but half his team hasn't played yet. Still, I'm pretty confident of being 3-1 when it's all said and done.

Re: Fantasy Football Reminder
Wahoo!! I am actually winning
-
Re: Fantasy Football Reminder
Hines Ward's going to catch three TDs as the Steelers rout the Chargers, believe it.
-
Re: Fantasy Football Reminder
This was a bad week for me fantasy wise.

Re: Fantasy Football Reminder
so whats the thoughts on my big trade;
Randy Moss dealt for Brian Westbrook
-
Re: Fantasy Football Reminder
As long as Westbrook stays healthy from this time forward, it's a solid move for you. I'm frankly baffled at the trade from Schank's point of view...sure he needs a receiver, but he also can't exactly afford to give up a back. He doesn't really seem to move ahead at all with the move unless he has something else cooking.

IMO, I don't think Westbrook can last the season healthy. Randy Moss, on the other hand, is going to get passes by Brady like crazy.
But, seeing as his RBs are weak, I guess the trade is good for him. Didn't see his RBs.
Personally, I would have offered Chris Johnson for Randy Moss if I knew Dickey was trading him. Or any of my weak, other running backs.

It's definitely a gamble, but gambles can win or loss a league.

i took moss over Johnson in the draft because i didn't like TENN this year. i was right on Tenn, wrong on Johnson. I like brook better than johnson personally...and i thought it was a buy low sell high situation.

Just got mcnabb, brayoln edwards, and larry johnson. Last 2 are gambles who i will see how they will do. Mcnabb and Ben will both play depending on matchups

Edwards and Johnson aren't off waivers until the 11th, dude...McNabb's stuck there until the 14th. And I highly doubt you're landing all 3 of them.
And to think I was gonna offer a DECENT receiver to Jaker for McNabb. If I'd known I could get him for crap...
-
Re: Fantasy Football Reminder
He offered me McNabb for Julius Peppers.
I already have QB's though. It's everything else i need
-
Re: Fantasy Football Reminder
I have Rodgers who's playing well, but it wouldn't suck to have the both of them and rotate starters based on matchups.
