Reed Johnson Catch Vid

I miss having Reed Johnson on the Jays..

I miss having him on the Jays too. But, be honest where would you play him right now? It doesn't make much sense to tie up 5% of your payroll on a guy that's gonna collect splinters while sitting behind Wells, Rios, Lind, and Snider. Still I do miss his class and his guts.

Wasn't it Shannon Stewart who beat him out for the roster spot last year?

I miss Reed. :(

Stewart "beat him out" because Stewart was the way cheaper option. I don't think it was based on performance on the field. As a Twins fan (I think), you understand that sometimes money, or salary, overrules talent, even though your owner is rich enough to buy a few more teams. ;)
