Top 10 Athletes Succeeding after 40

Just like any list there are obviously guys who I would have put on the list that weren't there, but overall it's still a good list.

Good list. If they did not have Gordie Howe they would only choose know team.

Randy Johnson and Roger Clemens > Jamie Moyer

Well I was looking at it, until I saw a Megan Fox picture and proceded to look through 122 pictures of her. lol

Yeah, I would have taken one of them over Moyer, too. Aside from that...I can't really find fault with it.

Moyer maybe. Sr. raced until he died at age 53.

Martina Navratilova? I didn't see anything about men only and since Nicklaus, Foreman and Petty are in there individual sports are included as well and that makes her exclusion a massive oversight IMHO. Whatever you think of her to leave her off a top 10 athletes past 40 list along with Clemens and Johnson sort of makes it a bit of a farce.

So i'm going to say, maybe they don't have a great deal of sports knowledge from a historical aspect.

Probably the greatest women's tennis player ever. I had forgotten about her, but agree totally...she should be there.

I'd probably pull Moyer for Clemens, and find some way to pull someone out for her. Earnhardt/Petty is a really, really tough call, but there's no way to really put BOTH of them in there.
