He is just plain silly.
Although I've read 2 articles on how bad his mechanics are, I'm still hoping that the Nats pass him up so the Mariners can get him.
Weren't those same articles written about Tim Lincecum? :p
The study of pitching mechanics is still in it's infancy.

It's a bit old, but not ancient.
He could talk to the ball like Mark Fidrych for all I care, as long as he was on my team. (Yeah I know, most of you young farts don't remember Mark Fidrych.)
