I like the philosophy of picking the best player on the board, but a young CF who will likely make it up either by the time Ichiro is done or within the last year of Ichiro's contract would be nice. I think the Mariners are somewhat set on pitching for awhile, they've got Morrow and Felix who look to be very good and Bedard when he's not injured. Aumont will be coming up at some point in the future and any other holes that emerge can be fixed through free agency until then.
I don't know a lot about anybody in the draft, so this pick is really just me looking at the top 5 on that link and picking who I would like.
