Bonderman with Milwaukee:

Milwaukee had been begging for pitching since I started my sim. I felt I had to give them a guy. Hosmer better hit.

Rule V Draft
Any year in which my team finishes with a record below .500 I will be allowed to make one (1) Rule V Selection.
Any un-injured players aged 25 or over in the minor leagues as of March 1st are eligible for the draft.
Any player I select must stay on my 25 man roster for the entire season (unless injured) or offered back to the original team for $500,000 (the lowest amount possible).
However, this year we do not make a selection

Figures Bonderman pitches good the one time I don't have him ><
Not a great start this year, but still not bad considering you're an expansion team in your second season.
RE 200: I could have used those numbers myself
May 6th 2013. Ichiro notches hit #2500 in the major leagues; a 2 - 1 sinker from Tyler Herron. He had 1278 for the Orix Blue Wave in Japan. It's possible he could end up with over 4000 hits and possibly eclipse Pete Rose's 4256.
Way to Go イチロー!!!
Hovering around .500 again. It'd be nice to go on a little run. The Dodgers and DBacks usually have the division down to a two team race by now, so it is hopeful to see them looking vulnerable. If you would have offered me being a half game in front of the DBacks on June 1st I'd have taken you up.

Second, a few guys are starting to click. Actually, everybody is starting to click with the bats. Except Pettit, who completely fell of the map.
In the minors:
22 Y/O 1B Eric Hosmer .329 18 HR 57 RBI looks like a major league baseball player among a bunch of AAAers.
24 Y/O C Devin Mesoraco .373 7 40 is putting the wood to the ball as well.
23 Y/O SS Reynaldo Navarro .318 0 36 also looks about ready for a major league job.
The pitching continues to go well. Nick Adenhart has been particularly effective, while Luke Hochevar is struggling to match last years' 4.42 ERA and 4.11 DICE.Code:2013 Pitching Team IP ERA G GS W L SV K BB R/9

I'm pulling for you Navarro!
I like Reynaldo as well...if he could hit we would really have something with him...maybe slide Tulo over to 2B...he just needs to hit...
I think my man crush is on Mesoraco though. He hit .380 in September last year. .370 this year in AAA. And he can D a little.
Well, the nickname change hasn't produced the desired results yet.
However, it will not be long until the day where all of Major League Baseball will fear the Trannies!

Ichiro = my man crush
Craig and Darnell are slugging it out to be the starting 3B. The AI is giving Darnell a lot of time in RF with Cousins struggling-again.
One injury to note: C Yadier Molina is going to miss 3 weeks. This gives Devin Mesoraco a chance to show off.
First, the astute readers will notice that Ian Snell is missing. That's because he was traded to the Reds for CF Robbie Grossman. Snell was 4 - 6 3.18 in 85 innings and 12 starts this year. Grossman (.365 4 HR 5 SB in AA) is a 23 year old who figures to be the starter in Mexico City pretty soon. He should have the defensive ability to handle Foro Sol and we think he can hit a little too.Code:2013 Pitching Team IP ERA G GS W L SV K BB R/9

For future reference we turned down an offer of 3B Josh Vitters and a package from Atlanta centered on RF Jason Hayward.
Injuries have hit the pitching staff:
Nick Adenhart and Anthony Swarzak each missed a couple of weeks and Cory Luebke will miss another 4 weeks or so.
Jeff Marquez was forced back into the rotation and Ramon Troncoso had to make some starts as well. Rookie Robert Hernandez, will see his first major league action sometime in July as well...
The Chicago White Sox are fighting me tooth and nail as I try and keep them competitive. They TRADED Parity Draftees 1B David Cooper (to LAD for 2B Sam Steiner and 1B Jason Pirro) and 3B Deibinson Romero (to Oakland for a couple of Tim's 2B Wardius and 3B Gibson)
Hopefully Mesoraco can impress, what do you think his ETA is?
He tripled in his 3rd at bat. If he maintains a 1.000 slugging percentage, then he has arrived.
Just noticed that A-Rod (still on the Yankees) hit his 699th home run, then broke his wrist and will miss almost a year. Quite a shame
