Players Who'd Be HOFers if they retired today in Mogul's eyes
...Well, if they retired after the 07 season. I'm using BBM09 and HGM's rosters to retire random players that have at least some HOF shot to see who the game thinks should be in, here are the results:
In general, FTR, I retired players who had a significant case for the HOF already after 07, so players like Beltran, Berkman, Dye weren't included (although I can just add anyone that's asked for to this list)

Re: Players Who'd Be HOFers if they retired today in Mogul's eyes
I'd agree with each yes except Trevor Hoffman and Todd Helton.
As for the No's, I'd vote yes on Jim Edmonds and Albert Pujols (ignoring that he's not yet eligible).

wow frank thomas only got 83% in his second year! thats crazy how is he not a 1st ballot guy! no respect for him in even BM.
also I'll go ahead and call BS on it .. seeing how each writer can onyl vote for 10, 15 getting in is a tad far fetched :)
and I'll assume Pujols didn't make it seeing how retiring after the 07 season would render him ineligible for the HOF

These players aren't all retiring in 2008 (in real life). Some of them aren't retiring for a while. Some, like Piazza, will be on the ballot earlier than 2013.
