Team with the most fans on here poll:

I still don't understand the ability to have multiple favorite teams, or a ranking of favorite teams.

I root for the White Sox, and go to plenty of their games, but only because they're in my backyard. Although, I'm much, much closer to Wrigley than the Cell, but that's another story. I can't say though, that the White Sox are one of my favorite teams, or that I'm a fan. For me, it's the Dodgers, then everyone else, then the Giants at the very bottom.

I don't have a top five. I have a top one and a half. My uncle is from Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. He grew up there and still lives there with my Aunt so I have some ties to Boston and the Red Sox.

But I don't go out of my way to cheer for them.

If I have a second team that I cheer for it is the Cardinals. Became a fan back in the mid-80's and have kind of followed them ever since. They would be my choice out of the NL. Even got to see 3 games a few years ago when I was in St Louis for a conference - a great place to watch a game.

I've loved the Cards since i was born even though i lived in Cleveland until i was 9:p

#39 for the win! I was born in '81 bro, Greenwell and Ellis Burks in my OF any day. I grew up idolizing that game-winning-RBI machine. To grow up seeing Dwight Evans in his twilight, and then see Burks and Greenwell come in...man, it's been a great 27 years of being a Sox fan.

Started as an Ozzie fan living in Indiana, and kept moving geographically closer oddly enough. And started to fall in love with other players still.

I still say that if Ozzie had stayed a Padre his whole career I would be a Padre fan today.
