Even though you are a Red Sox fan and I, by default, hate you because I am a Yankees fan, I will help you out as a fellow human being and former pitcher.
Since you seem to be quite young, I am guessing 14 years old, a breaking ball is going to kill your shoulder. Take it from experience. I started playing baseball when I was 7 years old and I know a lot about pitching because I was a pitcher.
If you are 14 years old and not too developed biologically (which I am totally guessing here but based on what you said about your fastball velocity) a breaking ball is going to damage your shoulder or worse, your elbow.
If you start throwing a slider, your elbow is going to suffer. If you try a curveball, say bye bye to your shoulder and it will hurt, a lot.... I wouldn't recommend a change up because you are not old enough to throw it effectively (again, it is a simple guess since I don't know you in person). If you think you are in great shape, then you may want to try a change up. Circle change and straight change-up have very little chance of hurting your elbow if thrown properly.
Now, if you really want a breaking ball, I would recommend a knuckle curve or a spike curve (and yes, they are different, something many people do not know).
A spike curveball is what Mike Mussina used to throw (unfortunately, he retired). Basically, grip it like a fastball but leave your right finger straight instead of making it take the shape of the baseball.
A knuckle curve can be thrown many different ways with many different grips, so I will recommend you see a coach.
Hope it helps!
Eephus pitch
and DEFINATLY work on the Knuckle.... I dont think its used anywhere near enough in the sport. plus... if u ever made it to the majors... you could play forever :D ask Neikro and Wake

There is a pitch on those old High Heat games called the Fosh Ball. What the hell is that?
