I have no idea if it'd be more "interesting to watch." That's entirely up to personal preference. I'm 100% certain that it'd be the better lineup that produces more runs and thus more wins, though.

I don't know, I'd think that 9 Henderson's would be more productive then 9 Barry Bond's... that would at least be worth simulating out to see.
humm...
Well I was talking 9 Bonds vs. a "traditional lineup", but, even so, I don't see how 9 Hendersons would be better than 9 Bonds. The Bonds lineup would use less outs, AND would have a ridiculous power advantage. The Henderson lineup would just have an advantage in number of stolen bases, but that's moot due to the huge advantage in power that the Bonds lineup would have.
I'd take 9 bonds any day of the week personally. I love Rickey Henderson, one of my alltime favorite players. But imagine what Bonds would have put up for numbers if he wasn't walked a gazillion times because he had Bonds, and Bonds, and Bonds hitting behind him. :D:D
One thing to look at with Ichiro stats, all great players are great no matter where they play. Some good players will have different stats.
If you put Babe Ruth into todays World, he would still be great. If you put Ichiro in the MLB at age 22 he would still be great. Gwynn is also great.
I also voted for Ichiro because given a full career, I think Ichiro would be better.
This isn't necessarily true. Tuffy Rhodes is a great player...in Japan...but terrible in the MLB.
Yeah, but does Bonds or Gwynn have their own cheering songs like Rhodes? Here
I think he would because if you gave him the talant he has and channel that into all the thinkgs he would have nowadays he might hit 100 HR. he was just such a monster and above everyone else I think he would be
