I live about 30 minutes from Fresno and I love my Bulldogs, but I feel compelled to change our motto from Play Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime to Lose to Everyone, Anywhere and Anytime.
I used to love Football, but cant stand the TV timeouts. Baseball seems to be the only sport left where the Tv breaks are not so prevelent. They either go to break for a Pitching Change or 3 outs.
With football, they got to break on a Challenge, Punt, Score, Injury, End of Quarter, Timeout, moving the chains, a spilled beer, John Madden Sneazing or picking his nose, Kids crying, Mike Singletary kicking Vernon Davis out of the game, someone streaking on the field, Brett Favre Interception and the list goes on and on...
I have my 21 Days DVD that's holding me over
I like college basketball, especially on cold winter nights in January and around tournament time in March. The NCAA office pools are fun and we have one for the college bowl games too. It's always more interesting to watch when you have a little skin in the game, even though it's just for fun.
I could not care less about the NBA though, and while I will watch the NFL I'm not all that crazy about it.
