lol I'd love to think so... and im the 1st one on the boards who predicted it... but it was picke dwith my heart not me head... the problem is they will shut down our running game and Brett may get desperate and thats when he falls apart somethimes... we get a game from him like we had against the pats where he seemed SURGICAL with the ball.... we have a shot.
against the Titians... we have to play perfect football... and win the game on special teams :p ( GO LEON!!!
I agree with most of what was just said. The Jets are probably not going to run all over the Tennessee defense, so Favre is going to have to stay under control. Can he? We'll see.
BRETT FAVRE IS AWESOME!!!!
yeah, the jets should win this next one.
I was just thinking man....
last week and thiss week... thats what we brought favre here for... he was brought here to win big games... Chad could have beaten miami.. maybe buffalo... KC... etc... he was not going to beat the Pats... Not going to beat the Titans this week...
Chad was a really good QB but against a team tha tcan shut down the run you were not going to win with him... if her had a cannon arm but played the "west coast style ball"... we could have won with him.
We need +1 turnover ratio (at LEAST) I think against Tenn... otherwise we are in big trouble and Im not sure we will pull thru. We win... and I can see the jets #2 in the AFC. The only "difficult (on paper)" is Denver.
I think people have been saying every week how the Titans will lose their next game and they manage to find a way. This team is very similar to the Ravens Super Bowl run because Tennessee doesnt kill themselves with mistakes and of course a great Defense.
With that said, if the turnover margin is in Tennessees favor which probably will be with the INT's Favre throws the Titans will win. But if Favre doesnt throw a pick, the Jets could very well win. Keep an eye on the turnovers, thats the key.
