I don't know where you're getting this from. He's actually very likely to be voted in by the writers within the next couple of years, and if not, he's basically a lock for the VC.
I guess we'll see if he gets in or not within the next few years and all of this has been a moot point.

There's been one player that has gotten as much of the vote as Blyleven did last year (over 60%) and not eventually gotten in (Gil Hodges). Blyleven is all but a lock to get in eventually.
But, I'm still not sure what exactly your point is here. It doesn't appear to me that you're posing a serious argument that Blyleven doesn't belong...you're just saying "Well, they haven't voted him in yet!" and giving the reason why...which is not an argument that Blyleven doesn't actually belong.
