I am from the future. The lost. Sorry bro.
If Orton plays they have a chance. If it's Rex, I doubt it.
Well, Orton's doubtful, so it looks like Rex. A guy that never gets rid of the ball behind a line that isn't as good as it's looked (Kyle's quick release and the way he doesn't waste a ton of time...he either hits an open man, or just gets rid of it have made their pass blocking look better than it is) against a good pass rush...doesn't look good this week.
It should be close, though...Chicago's run defense has played well, and pounding the rock is the Titans bread and butter.
Yay! A sure loss for Chicago!
The Bears are very capable of beating the Titans. This is the type of game where they will need their defensive and special teams playmaking capabilities to show.
I suspect the Bear defense could play its best game of the season, since they'll be spending more time defending the rush (their strength) and less time having to rush the quarterback (their current weakness).
Regardless of the QB (I can't imagine that Rex doesn't start this game), it's going to come down to Matt Forte and the Bears' D and ST if the Bears want to win.
I think the Bears will actually pull this one out, in a very, very close game.
Bears by 3!
Rex will play his best game as he wants to show he deserves to be a starter. Forte will run for over 100 yards. The defense will force at least 3 turnovers!
Well, if the Titans truly are "undefeatable" (which, I guess, would mean the same as "unbeatable"), then yes, cubbiebear, you should give up hope.
I don't think the Titans will go undefeated this season and this could be a trap game for them. The Bears are no slouches, but like Arctic said. A tough pass rush against a QB who has never played consistently well.
But maybe the great Rex will show up...
Also, let's not overlook the fact that the Titans defense has been DESTROYING people this year. Haynesworth is a lock at this point for Defensive Player of the Year. They're rushing the passer well, they're stopping big running plays, and their no name secondary is knocking down passes all over the field.
Yeah they control the line really well
