Forum re-organization

HGM was asking for the addition of a sub-forum to the Ejections forum, which is a good idea in my opinion. While doing that it would probably be a good idea to undertake a bit larger organization effort at the same time.

Here's my suggestion:

I'm a little worried about sending the wrong message by merging the BMO forums right now, but there really are too many sub-forums in that section.
The World Series Rankings project is dead right now anyway (:(), but the forum is starting to be used by NamelessPoet to resurrect the All Time Records project. I wouldn't mind stickying that project's index thread in the General Discussions forum, though. The fact that the BMO sub-forums are broken up with "Rants and raves", "Bug Reports", "League Forum Issues" and two League advertising forums really is somewhat confusing. Outside of the specific league forums themselves, the BMO forums on the main index have always been low traffic anyway.

Yes but, like I said above, that could easily be simply a sticky thread in the BMO: GD forum. I just don't see the reason for having a dedicated sub-forum for three or four threads... even if the World Series project is picked up again, does it really need an entire sub-forum? Even if the answer ends up being yes, it'd still probably be best as a BMO: GD sub-forum.

Oh I agree it doesnt need its own forum... i was just pointing out it is not all dead :p

I say put BMO above Football Mogul. Other than that it looks good.
