There are a few.
But you have to remember alot of them are just fans of "Championship Wins".
It's a cool team to root for.
And how can you 'just tell' they're jumping on the bandwagon? Do you live in Philly?
Using your line of reasoning, I can 'just tell' that you're an idiot.
I'm pretty sure dickay is joking. Which is why I rolled the eyes.
But I could be wrong.
He's probably a Mets fan. Poor guy.
I believe he is poking fun; I'm assuming the Sox fans on here got some ribbing for the riots in Boston after our '04 (and maybe '07) WS wins.
I must admit, hearing the news of the Philly pandemonium made me feel a smidgen of smugness as well - a-ha, it's not just Boston that goes nuts for a World Series Win. I think Boston fans unfairly got the bad end of the stick...but then again, a girl was killed, which was a horrible, horrible tragedy. Hopefully the Philly celebrations don't get so out of hand.
Are you kidding? Boston doesn't hold a candle to Detroit's or Montreal's (or was it Toronto? I forget) "celebrations"!Quote:
