Do you think Vladimir Guerrero will be a HOF when he retires?
Easily.
I voted maybe.
Not because that's my personal feelings, but the idiotic voters make me wonder.

30-30 twice 320+ BA lifetime .385+ OBP lifetime Might get to 500 HR and just an unbelievable threat in the lineup he should end around 1500 RBI and maybe even 1500 Runs
and 1 of the greates arms of his time along with good defense. I would have said guarente 3 years ago.. he is faiding ever so slightly as long as he doesnt fall off the face of the earth next year or something crazy like that I say he is in
Maybe
Possibly the greatest Dominican player ever. He will make the hall of fame.
WOW tahts close manny vs A-Rod ... It's SOOOOO hard to say A-Rod but he may get it by a nose
Wasn't Roberto Clemente Dominican?
I voted "Maybe, he still needs to reach a few more milestones", but I think that he will when he retires, so I actually should have voted "yes", although it wouldn't make sense in the context of this question since I don't think he has a Hall of Fame resume YET, which is how the "yes" question is phrased. My brain hurts.
I don't think A-Rod should count on the dominican ticket. He didn't play for the Dominican in the WBC :p
He's not quite a lock yet, but he's very close to a lock and almost certainly will be by the time he retires.
I'd say that if he continues to play reasonably well - he'll be in. If he were to get hurt and not play again - he'd probably get in based on his current numbers. If he plays 5 more years but his numbers fall off a lot - then I think he could have trouble as that is what the voters would remember.
Yes, he will make it
He should make it, especially with a few more seasons as DH. I think he's starting to become a "Manny-esque" liability in the outfield
He's definitely a Hall of Famer. He's a career .323/.389/.575 hitter, with 392 homers, a formerly great defensive outfielder (not much in the outfield anymore from what I've seen of him), 2136 hits, 147 OPS+. He'd be a borderline Hall of Famer if he retired now, but hes still only 32 so he should be able to improve on his counting numbers (homers, hits, RBI's, etc.) quite a bit.
He should make it, and after a couple of more seasons if he were to retire, he will make it.
For me He's a Borderline he needs 400 to get in for me
Right now he's one of 3 active players that are borderline HOFer's to me
Its not like the guy is 36 and on a heavy decline. He's only 32, and while hes probably about to go on a decline, if he hasn't started already, a lot of his numbers stand to only get better.
Yea he's definitely in plaque he will be in an Expo's Cap
He has at least one more long-term contract coming (isn't he a free agent this fall?), so by the end of that, he'll easily be there.
I feel proud to have made you change your mind :D
He's Definely in my top 5 fav players:D

His Boogers?
