They are very busy. I'm sure it was just an oversight. Try emailing them again. What sort of problem are you having? Maybe someone on the forums can help you out.
Yea, Football Mogul was just released, so things are a bit hectic. I'd post about it, but the recommendation to email again is a good one.
well when my computer crashed i lost mogul the problem is that the order number was also on my computer.. am i screwed or is there a way to get it back
