Long retired, but Otis Nixon was by far the ugliest man in baseball...funny looking head, weird body proportions, not to mention the whole Merton Hanks chicken-neck thing he had going on.
As for which baseball player would make the ugliest woman, I submit John Kruk, circa 1993.

:eek:Keeeee-rist! I'd forgotten about Otis, so I looked him up. AAAGH! MY EYES! I think he might have actually died a good 5 years before he retired.
