Was that a little over the top?
What were the Rangers celebrating when they won? The closer was pumping his fist and spazzing out. DIdn't watch the game, but was that really neccesary?

I know the Yankees had a 20-5 record during the 2005-7. So Texas has a few more wins to go to even the score. Besides, the closer was probably ecstatic that he didn't give up the game. :p

Heck, I would. I don't care if they go 0-162; there's a huge mountain of accrued conceit to get over... :)

i don't think it's bad to celebrate. I mean it's a bunch of young ballplayers facing a veteran yankee team. what else do you expect?
