wow, talk about a blast from the past...
lol
Just 9 months...just imagine that it got pregnant and is giving birth
Lol
It's obviously true...but I figured something like that wouldn't need to be mentioned.
never the less year after year many adult women do partake in drugs and produce drug addicted infants, how fair is it to the infants to be born an addict without getting to decide for themselves if they wanted to be addicted or not? anyway back to the regularly scheduled programming...
you said that a person taking a drug(s) will not harm anyone other than the person taking that drug, then you said to give you one example where it would, so I did. Harming someone IS affecting their life. see below:

When you make blanket statements you are not ruling anything out*shrug*, and if common sense were common...the fact is that both sides are partially right, you, in my opinion and please correct me if I am misunderstanding you, are assuming that reasonable and responsible drug use will not result in harm to anyone but the user (and we both agree I suspect that using drugs while pregnant is not reasonable and responsible) am I reading you correctly? if I am I can not honestly say that I disagree with you. However the other side of the issue is that you can not count on all people to be responsible and reasonable with drugs. Is it right to try to prevent responsible people from doing what they want just because of a few knuckle heads?
