Lousy Trading Deadline

Nothing happened, it sucked this year...

It happens every year. A lot of rumors, little happening.

Uh, Blanton, Teixera, Harden, Griffey, maybe Manny happened

There are probably some trades that were made that we haven't heard about yet.

They didn't happen right on the deadline...

Does it matter if a trade happens right at the deadline or not?

Anyways players will still get traded until September 1st. Hope Washburn is one of them.

The Mariners need to lower their demands and just accept whatever they can get for Washburn (and Ibanez). Ridiculous.

The Mariners should just take a low level prospect for Washburn. Not sure about Ibanez. He could be a type A FA this year. If they cant get two first round quality prospects, they should just offer Ibanez arbitration and get the two draft picks.
