I hate the YES guys, Morgan, and McCarver

You get used to following the puck pretty quickly, and then the "glowpuck" just gets to be annoying and distracting. Imagine if they made the baseball yellow or pink or something for baseball games...

Don't mind the colour...just wish that they'd make the ball soccer-size, so that these old eyes could follow it...'twould mean a different game, altogether, for me.....

There is no better announcer than Dave Niehaus and Kevin Calabro

That pretty much was the worst moment in the history of baseball announcing/commentating. She must cringe out of embarrassment everytime she hears that.
UGGGHHH! That grates on me. I wish WEEI would stop using it too. My god! That HAS to be one of the worst, most aggravating, annoying, irritating, groveling, borderline orgasmic, crazy, unneccessary, outbursts of all time. AAAArrrggghhhhhhhhh! I just want to ram wooden tent stakes into my eardrums to make it stop! Anything! Just NO MORE!!!!

I dont like either of them too. It seems like they really dont know much about the Mariners. I haven't watched the Mariners in some time so they could have gotten better. Blowers is alright because he gives out free fries. I actually won the fries once. Too bad the Mariners lost. :(
Niehaus and Calabro are great. Too bad the Team Formerly Know as The SuperSonics left. Maybe Calabro would join Niehaus in the booth. I always thought that the guys that do the Seahawks games on the radio were alright. Except for calling Matt Matthew.
Re: Least favourite baseball announcers
I know he's only on Baseball Tonight, but Eric Young's high pitched voice grates on me big time. Did 'roids shrink his balls or something? And that Souvenir City bit got old after about, oh, the first time he used it. WTF? I'd rather listen to 9 innings of Hawk Harrelson (no easy task, btw) than 5 minutes of this clown.

Calabro will be doing the New Seattle Soccer team next season, as well as NBA.com games :)

I do have to laugh at the mindset of the Sox crowd vs. the Mariners one. The Mariners ones were the ones laughing, on cel-phones, having a good time. The Defending World Champion Red Sox fans...you know, the ones who have a **** good chance of making the playoffs?....were the ones with the 2-0 lead and their arms crossed, sour looks on their faces, completly waiting for the other shoe to drop so they could throw up their arms in disgust:)

Who said that? I've never heard of that clip, nor do I know what WEEI is.
Can someone please explain?
Re: Least favourite baseball announcers
I use mlb.tv, so I've heard the announcers for most teams' home broadcast. So far, Hawk Harrelson strikes me as one of the very worst. Most of the big network guys are terrible too. It's cliche to say so, but Joe Buck and Tim McCarver might be the worst overall team.
Re: Least favourite baseball announcers
Oh, and I am certainly biased, but let me just say that Gary Cohen, Keith Hernandez, and Ron Darling do an excellent job for the Mets. Really insightful commentary and entertaining broadcasting.
