No, of course not...it was a mock-moan about how a lotta short ads in a program, cuts down the time that one has to do the essential things in life, such as playing BM; fixing sandwiches; kicking Coach's cat; writing soppy posts; catching power naps; etc

On some Networks Bravo; Showcase; etc in a two-hour feature, they play their
15 "promotional" minutes in one chunk, enabling one to do all of the above.
