Oh darn, Mogul, you had me there for awhile. I'm a Nats fan |looking down at my feet in embarrasment| and have been following this thread for some time trying to figure out why their cheering on the bench got them labelled a "girls softball team" myself, but in my opionion, and my opinion counts for zero, I think your point would've been a little better if in that last sentence you had changed the words "what an idiot" to, I dunno, maybe "how immature" maybe?? Can anyone explain to me WHY the Mets were supposed to be a big deal? Beyond Santana, their starting pitching isn't anything to write home about (well, sure, they'll get their...what...7 starts out of Glass Pedro, too), and the entire bottom half of their batting order isn't exactly imposing.
The fact that they just barely missed last season?
