I just editted it, he had:

Notice how the url had double quotes in the beginning and a single quote at the end? That caused the problem.

Just an FYI for everybody, you don't need the quotes to post links. Simply putting the URL after the equal sign will work.

That's what I looked at earlier, but I didn't notice the single quote mark at the end.

This bears out what I've been saying about communication - that the onus is on the recipient. Emails(and posts) are notorious for being misunderstood ...that's why I would like to see more smilies - an iron for sarcasm; a wagging finger for reproof, a shaken fist for a rebuttal, a dropping gauntlet for a challenge, etc
