Home court advantage in basketball has always tripped me out... I mean, comeon, their all basically the same courts! I've heard people talk aobut the parquet floors and whatnot at the Garden, which in itself makes sense, but that doesn't explain everywhere else. It's got to have something to do with matchup's, or something. But, you can sub players pretty much any time in basketball, and a large percentage of players play nearly the entire game, so... :confused:
Basketball is different than baseball in that the level of energy can really have an effect on the game, I think, and the level of energy for the home team is definitely higher than that of the away team.Quote:
