Then, it's a problem that arises I think from force trades. I've seen it on earlier incarnations too.

Yeah, I'm not sure even how to "force trades" (unless that means going into commissioner mode and changing rosters). I've never done that, either. Played the game totally without using commissioner. This kind of headline mishap happens tons of times, too.
