Man that's rough both my teams have to take each other on in the first round.

I dont really understand this sim. What elements are taken into perspective when matching two teams? Steve Carlton hit a game winning home run for the '76 Phils. I just think it applies the names to random computer players and lets them loose. I had a series between the '28 Yankees and the '01 Mariners... and the Mariners won. I have no idea what they are basing any of the results from.

They're simulating based on the player's statistics, I'm assuming.

Maybe. The Soriano for Ramirez trade was horrible too. :(

Jason Veratec...however you spell his name. Leader of the Red Sox...an Derek Lowe who had some good seasons....

Ramirez was a bad trade, but we lost two quality guys for this one....

But also, Lowe and Varitek weren't proven Major Leaguers, Soriano was.

It was also a pretty bad trade when you sent david ortiz to minnesota for Dave Hollins:p

Those '27 Yankees are the team beat (imo) ... I just hope someone can take them out before the 1961 Yankees go against them ... lol
