A fat, bald, indolent man who has a loving wife and four capable, polite children, none of whom he deserves. Educated in psychology and social work, he spent years working in public and private mental health clinics, which taught him some patience and compassion and lots of clinical jargon. As his family grew, he moved to more lucrative opportunities in software. This taught him corporate-speak and a lot about business. He thinks he's smarter than he probably is, but he does have a large vocabulary.
