hamline66: you might also want to send Clay the .mog file. Having the game file where the issue occurs is helpful if it is an issue created by specific settings in your franchise. I suggest this because I have run many FB23 games without encountering the issue you describe.

When stating that the player is replaced on the Left or Right side of the screen, what screen are you referring to? Perhaps this will help: Under League->League Editor, at the bottom right, you can set the frequency and severity of injuries. Under Tool->Options, in the middle left, you can set whether to auto-fill incomplete rosters. When this is set if you lack a player at a position, a player (usually below average) will be automatically added to your team. Under Team->Offense,...

If you are more interested in building a team through trades and the draft and not managing the details, you will probably prefer FB Mog. You can try an old edition of FB Mog for free (v17). Get it here (scroll down to bottom of screen): https://www.sportsmogul.com/footballmogul.html There have been significant improvements since V17; however, it...

There is no easy way to create a league (or team) of players from different years. However, it is possible to do. Just tedious. You have to change the files used by FB Mog to build the teams. Here is where the instructions are: https://www.sportsmogul.com/blog/editing-the-football-mogul-database You can create new files for your starting year by selecting the desired players from the default files and copying them into your new files. Be sure to make a copy of the default files first (or...
