    Trade and/or draft for QBs with 1. ratings 68+ in each of Accuracy, Control, and Mobility. 2. ratings as high as possible in Red Zone and, secondarily, Distance. Hard as it may be to believe, an 84 rated QB will perform nearly as well as a QB rated 98 as long as the 84 rated player has high values in Red Zone and Distance.

    I believe RonnieW was asking about having a fictional league within FB Mogul. FB Mogul is a single player simulation. There is no option to play, or interact, with opponents over the internet. A fictional league, with multiple internet players, could be done if the developer uses his servers to manage the league.
