The game suggests a different name after each year to help track saved games, and create backups of your progress instead of putting it all in one file. You can edit the file name when you save your game. After you do this once, you shouldn't have to do it again for that saved game.

When in play-by-play mode the defense ratings of the fielders is showing a lot lower number. I am not sure if it effects the fielding capabilities in the game itself. It seems to, but is really hard to tell. I checked the defense rating of a player to see if it was displaying something other than overall defense and none of the other ratings matched the displayed ratings. It appears to be 5 points off. This is happening for both teams and in all 3 pbp modes. Windows 7 computer

When saving a game after each year, it creates a new .mog file and I cannot change the save location, so now my "resume game" is full of options and I have to delete the extra games. Example: Create 2017 game. Save the game mid-season. It saves is as Team (2017) Save the game at the beginning of spring training of 2018, it creates a save as Team (2017-2018) Windows 7 PC

I imported my .mogs from 2015 to 2017 through the import feature in 2017 and the overall and peak ratings decreased on most players significantly. I copied one file from the 2015 folder to the 2017 folder and the numbers are correct. Windows 7 PC
